Paying an order and your wallet

Your invoices are in «Orders»: order number, site, plan, cycle, amount, status and reference code.

1. In «Orders», find the unpaid order and press «Pay the order».
2. If your wallet has a balance, it is used first and you pay the rest at the gateway.
3. Press «Go to the gateway» and finish the payment there.

To top up your wallet, go to «Wallet» and press «Add funds». AI credit, and text messages and emails beyond your plan's allowance, are also bought from the wallet.

If you were charged but the order did not become «Paid», send us the reference code in a ticket.
