Renewal, expiry and a deactivated site

Payment gateways cannot charge you automatically, so a few days before the period ends we create the renewal order and you pay it.

• Turn on «Pay the renewal from my wallet on the day it falls due», and the renewal is paid from your wallet automatically when the balance covers it.
• If it is not paid by the end of the period, the subscription expires and the site is deactivated. The site's content and package stay.
• Paying brings the site back, and the new period starts on the day you pay.
• Features the plan gave (such as AI and tickets) turn off at expiry; the package's apps stay where they are.

If the site's traffic goes over the plan's limit, we warn you first, then give you a grace period, and then the site is stopped. Paying again is not enough in that case; you need a bigger plan.
