Plans, billing cycles and changing plan

Every site has its own plan, so one account can hold sites on different plans. See each plan's price and features on the pricing page. Cycles of several months are usually discounted.

In your account, «Site subscriptions» is where you «Choose a plan», «Change plan» and «Stop renewing»:

• Upgrade: applies once the order is paid; until then the current plan stays.
• A cheaper plan or another cycle: applies from the next renewal.
• Stop renewing: the paid period runs to its end and no renewal order is created.

The package (the site's apps) is separate from the plan. When you change package you pay only the difference, and moving to a cheaper package is not refunded.
